We accept and are in-network with Medicare and Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO. Not all services are covered by insurance. Medicare only covers chiropractic manipulations. If you have questions or concerns regarding insurance, please call our office or contact your insurance company regarding your specific policy.
If you are unable to keep an appointment or if you need to reschedule, please contact our office. There are non-refundable fees for Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours) and No Shows appointments.

Dr. Cindy Jakubiec was introduced to chiropractic at an early age. At four years old she had a bad accident at home and by nine years old she had horrible migraines and back pain that kept her home from school. Because of her mother’s intuition and “knowing she wasn’t ‘sick’”, she began chiropractic care. Even at nine years old she understood the profound impact of chiropractic and (as she says) how “it saved my life!”
